About the Position

 

Impact Healthcare is looking for a driven and established Director of iOS to join our incredible team in Lehi, Utah!  As a Director of iOS- Home Health, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Impact Support team and be responsible for effective, efficient, and innovative support programs. You will work hand-in-hand with the CNO to create best practices, provide clinical leadership to the organization, and ensure regulatory compliance.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage organization-wide home health clinical programs

  • Ensure clinical support programs are running smoothly, supporting exceptional clinical results, and contributing to excellent team and patient experiences

  • Manage Impact Support Clinical Team

  • Assist in creating best practices and providing clinical leadership to the organization

  • Provide training and education to team agencies, including training and orientation for new team members

  • Support home health compliance

  • Help permeate the Impact Healthcare mission, vision, and values within the team and across agency offices

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experienced Home Health RN, PT, or OT with current/active license and 5+ years of experience

  • Well-versed in current regulations and PDGM

  • Previous experience in a management role

  • Enjoys multi-tasking; able to remain calm and steady under pressure

  • Ability to work independently, lead multiple programs, and obtain results

  • Skilled in critical and methodical thinking

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Solid grasp on OASIS, Medicare, utilization review, EMR, and Impact Clinical Programs

  • Seeks ways to support clinicians and simplify and clarify tasks/processes
