About the Position
Impact Healthcare is looking for a driven and established Director of iOS to join our incredible team in Lehi, Utah! As a Director of iOS- Home Health, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Impact Support team and be responsible for effective, efficient, and innovative support programs. You will work hand-in-hand with the CNO to create best practices, provide clinical leadership to the organization, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:

Manage organization-wide home health clinical programs

Ensure clinical support programs are running smoothly, supporting exceptional clinical results, and contributing to excellent team and patient experiences

Manage Impact Support Clinical Team

Assist in creating best practices and providing clinical leadership to the organization

Provide training and education to team agencies, including training and orientation for new team members

Support home health compliance

Help permeate the Impact Healthcare mission, vision, and values within the team and across agency offices
Requirements:
-
Experienced Home Health RN, PT, or OT with current/active license and 5+ years of experience

Well-versed in current regulations and PDGM
-
Previous experience in a management role

Enjoys multi-tasking; able to remain calm and steady under pressure

Ability to work independently, lead multiple programs, and obtain results

Skilled in critical and methodical thinking

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Solid grasp on OASIS, Medicare, utilization review, EMR, and Impact Clinical Programs

Seeks ways to support clinicians and simplify and clarify tasks/processes
