Occupational Therapist

Duties:
– Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
– Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
– Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
– Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment usage
– Provide guidance and support to patients in their home or community settings
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
– Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
– Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and practices
– Experience in case management and working with speech therapy is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
