JOB SUMMARY

This is an entry level IT position. The mission of the IT Specialist is to improve the team member experience, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ease healthcare industry complexities through the use of technology. The IT specialist provides exceptional customer service, manages the support ticketing system, ensures smooth asset management and reconciliation for onboarding and offboarding team members, and helps roll out new processes. 

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday with availability until 6pm. You’ll be based out of our Lehi, Utah office. A hybrid office schedule is utilized after the training period, with remote work from home being based on performance. Some on-call time expected with additional stipend pay. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing new software and hardware components
  • Assisting with network administration tasks
  • Protects the confidentiality of information contained within the information systems through effective user controls, system auditing, and information systems operations
  • Protects organization assets and ensures proper utilization of organization resources by securing software and hardware from unauthorized use and theft
  • Manage help desk ticket queue and complete requests
  • Help with other miscellaneous IT items as directed
  • Maintain current inventory database and order new equipment as needed
  • Educate coworkers on tools as needed
  • Resolve all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
  • Support day-to-day operations of our network

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in the IT industry preferred
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Must be detail oriented and extremely organized

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
