About the Position

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our amazing and growing team! Our ideal candidate is a proactive, team-oriented individual who has great computer skills and is extremely detail oriented and organized.

Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, with the ability to work in the office almost every day (possibility of occasional remote work after training)

Location: Based out of our Lehi, Utah office

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

General office administration tasks:

  • Coordinating everyday office needs
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing the office cleaning schedule
  • Scheduling rooms
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Running reports in Excel
  • Collecting and distributing office mail

Industry-specific tasks:

  • Managing insurance and other contract renewals
  • Keeping agency contact and address information up to date with provider relations and all required bodies, including state health departments
  • Assisting with CHOW management for new acquisitions or startups
  • Updating EINs and DBAs
  • Maintaining Medicare enrollment changes
  • Working with CNO and other clinical leaders to assist with quarterly QAPI requirements

The candidate who is successful in this role will be both flexible with the changing needs of this role and eager to take on any new responsibilities that come their way. They will also be conscientious and enthusiastic about offering to help wherever needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Specific work experience in upkeep of California healthcare industry licensing and contracting
  • Specific work experience in executing and understanding health insurance contracts for healthcare service providers
  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience in all of the above tasks is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook email and calendars
  • Previous administrative assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and file management
